This dress is gorgeous. I'm 5'4", 142lbs I purchased a large. Medium would have fit fine, but dress has stretch & i prefer dresses with stretch skimming my body and not be totally fitted. Great for casual wear eith flats or dress up with a higher heel. Perfect with a belt & fitted jacket for cooler weather. A must have.
